i. January can be a good time to review your life insurance coverage and make any necessary adjustments. Here are a few reasons why January may be a relevant time to consider life insurance:
New year, new goals: The start of a new year often prompts individuals to reassess their financial plans and goals. This can include evaluating your life insurance needs and ensuring that your coverage aligns with your current situation.
Major life changes: If you experienced significant life events in the past year, such as getting married, having a child, purchasing a home, or starting a business, you may need to adjust your life insurance coverage accordingly. January is an opportune time to review these changes and update your policy if needed.
New policies: If you don't currently have life insurance, January can be a good time to consider purchasing a policy. It's a chance to protect your loved ones financially in the event of your passing.
ii. When reviewing or purchasing life insurance in January, it's advisable to assess your financial needs, consider your long-term goals, and compare quotes from different insurance providers.
Remember, life insurance is an important part of planning financially, and taking proactive steps in January can help ensure that you have the appropriate coverage in place to protect your loved ones.
National Blood Donor Month
i. National Blood Donor Month is observed in January in the United States. It is a time to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and to recognize and appreciate those who donate blood to help save lives.
ii. During National Blood Donor Month, blood centers and organizations often hold special events and campaigns to encourage people to donate blood. These efforts aim to address the ongoing need for blood and blood products, as well as to educate the public about the impact of blood donation on individuals and communities.
iii. Donating blood is a selfless act that can make a significant difference in someone's life. Blood transfusions are essential for various medical procedures, surgeries, and treatments. By donating blood, individuals can contribute to the well-being and recovery of patients in need.

Stopped or Stalled? Stay in your car, don’t overexert, put bright markers on antenna or windows and shine dome light, and, if you run your car, clear exhaust pipe and run it just enough to stay warm.
Plan Your route: Allow plenty of time (check the weather and leave early if necessary), be familiar with the maps/ directions, and let others know your route and arrival time.
